Facilities Overview

NOAP is a Dutch day school for primary education in Portugal, affiliated with NOB (Dutch Education Abroad) and approved by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science. We work with the education inspectorate to guarantee that your child meets Dutch compulsory education. This ensures that if your child returns to the Netherlands, they can reintegrate smoothly. This gives our primary school a unique position in the Algarve. The school is located near Silves in a rural setting among orange trees. We offer fully Dutch-language daytime education with Portuguese language and culture lessons; classes are small with personal attention, and after-school care is available for 4–12-year-olds from 15:15 to 17:30, Monday to Thursday, with at least one day per week.
