- Semester 1 payment is due within one month from the start of Semester 1. Semester 2 payment deadline is set for February 28 of the applicable academic year. Book fees and other non‑tuition fees must be paid with the Semester 1 payment. Post‑dated cheques for each semester are accepted (first cheque dated no later than 30 days from the start of Semester 1; second cheque dated for the Semester 2 deadline).
- Returned cheques: the school will contact parents to arrange payment within two days; repeated returned cheques are forwarded to the Legal Department. Consequences for non‑payment include withholding academic reports, refusal to register for the next academic year, and suspension of certificates or enrolment confirmation.

Refund information and withdrawal charges
- Refunds of tuition are managed under a defined scale: 100% refund of a full semester fee (after deducting the reservation fee) is allowed if the Registrar and Finance Departments are notified in writing of withdrawal with zero attendance within the first 30 days after the start of a semester.
- If withdrawal is submitted within 15 calendar days from the first day of a semester, a prorated fee or the full reservation fee (whichever is higher) is charged for days attended. If withdrawal is submitted within 30 calendar days, one month's fee or full reservation (whichever is higher) is charged. No fees are refunded if Finance and Registration are not notified in writing within the first 30 days after the semester start. Book fees are non‑refundable once books have been issued and the student has attended class. Refunds for expelled students are prorated based on attendance. Excess payments related to MOE vouchers are refunded after appropriate deductions or carried forward on request. Advance tablet payments are refundable if the student is withdrawn without receiving the tablet, subject to IT confirmation.

Boarding fees
- The Academy operates as a day school; there are no boarding provisions or boarding fees.

Fee payment options and bank details
- Accepted payment methods: Cash; Cheque; Credit card; Direct bank deposit; Bank transfer; Ministry of Education voucher for eligible Qatari students. The Academy reserves the right to block students in the MOE system to prevent registration at other schools until zero balance is confirmed. Company‑sponsored families are expected to pay according to the school schedule and seek reimbursement from their sponsor as required.
