Early Years (Kindergarten), Elementary School, and Secondary School.
International school. AIA-Lusail is a candidate school for the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP) and is pursuing authorization as an IB World School.
Differentiated instruction to address diverse learning needs. English and Arabic offered as secondary languages. A team of counselors and psychologists supports student wellbeing. The Learning Support Program provides tailored assistance with speech-language therapists, and IEPs are developed in collaboration with students, parents, teachers and support staff. Services are delivered mainly in class with selective pull-out.
The 2025–2026 academic year starts August 31, 2025, with a winter break December 21, 2025 to January 4, 2026. Holidays include Qatar National Day (December 18), Ramadan and Eid Al Fitr (March 2026), and Eid Al Adha (March 26–28, 2026). The last day for students is July 23, 2026, and administrative staff return dates are in August 2026 (first day for administrative staff August 16, 2026; first day for new academic staff August 16, 2026; first day for returning academic staff August 23, 2026; first day for students August 30, 2026).

- Application (registration) fee: QAR 500 — a one‑off fee payable at time of registration. This fee is non‑refundable.
- Place booking / seat reservation fee: QAR 2,000 — due within the second semester to guarantee a place for the following school year; the school may reassign the place if the student does not show up at the beginning of the semester and tuition is unpaid by the published deadline.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is billed in two equal semester instalments; tuition may also be paid annually. Tuition must be paid every semester by the published due dates or paid annually.
- Place booking / seat reservation fee of QAR 2,000 is payable within the second semester to guarantee a place for the following school year; the fee is applied to secure the place.
- Mid‑semester joiners: if a student joins during the first half of a semester, application, enrollment and books fees plus full tuition are due; if joining during the second half of a semester, application, enrollment and books fees plus 50% of that semester's tuition are due.
- A written one‑month notice is required for withdrawal of a student. The school may offer the place to another student if the admitted student does not show up at the beginning of the semester and tuition is unpaid by the deadline.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable; no boarding fees are published for this campus.
Other costs and typical extras
- Books: Academic books are sold at the school store; book fees are shown per grade above and are charged in addition to tuition.
- Educational trips and excursions: participation costs (transportation, entrance fees, etc.) are charged to parents as required.

Arab International Academy - Lusail offers the International Baccalaureate continuum: PYP, MYP, and DP for students aged 3 to 18. The Lusail campus is a candidate school for PYP and MYP and pursues IB authorization. The school provides a modern facility with highly equipped classrooms, small group spaces, multi-purpose rooms, a theatre, libraries, and dedicated music, drama, and art rooms. On campus are educational gardens, a swimming pool, a clinic, an assembly hall, indoor and outdoor sports fields, and a dining area, with science labs to support hands-on inquiry and project work. Weekly enrichment classes cover creative, scientific, artistic, and sports areas, with optional after-school activities available for a fee. Arabic language and Arab culture are central to its cultural and language program. The school aims to develop IB learners through inquiry-based approaches across a broad curriculum. Facilities support varied learning modalities in collaborative, inquiry-driven work for curious, collaborative learners.
