Step 1 – Submit Application. The registration window for Belgravia High School opens in March each year for enrolments in the following academic year. New students and current students re‑registering must fill out an application form in person or online. The online registration form includes an option to save and continue later and is valid for 30 days. Parents must ensure they read the admissions information and have all required documents ready when completing the form, as the process may take time. A preferential discount is available for Parents/Guardians employed at Hamad Medical Corporation; enquire for details.
Step 2 – Entrance Assessment. The administration office will communicate the date of the entrance assessment. Students who are scheduled for the entrance test must pay the non‑refundable entrance test fee. Entrance tests cover English, Mathematics, and Arabic for Arab speakers only; a minimum of 70% is required to qualify for a seat. Results are announced within one full week of the exam.
Step 3 – Offer. Following the assessment, an offer is sent to parents with payment details. Students who pass the entrance test must complete registration forms and submit all required documents and fees within one week.
Step 4 – Seat Reservation. New students and parents receive a guided tour of the school and undergo an informal interview with the Principal and Registrar after submitting the application form and paying the non‑refundable seat reservation fee. Required document copies for students include: Passport, Valid QID, Birth Certificate, Vaccination Certificate, Health Card, Most recent school report, Copy of IGCSE/AS Level results (if available), 3x Passport‑Sized Photos. Scholarship information is published for the Diploma Programme. Belgravia High School offers scholarships that cover up to 50% of tuition for the 2023‑2024 academic year. The Scholarship Programme is merit‑based and renewal is reviewed annually based on academic performance and behaviour. A separate scholarship application is required and additional documentation is requested. The scholarship process includes Step 1 – Submit Application, Step 2 – Application Assessment (admissions test and panel interview with the Principal and Scholarship Committee), and Step 3 – Offer (successful applicants receive an offer by 1 June 2023).
