How the instalments and billing are scheduled (payment terms)
- Additional fees (mandatory extras such as book charges and similar additional fees) are billed first; this payment is due on 01/06/2024. The tuition itself is collected in three equal instalments.
- Instalment due dates: first tuition instalment due 01/09/2024; second instalment due 01/12/2024; third instalment due 01/02/2025. The school's published quarterly billing calendar lists these dates and specifies that the total tuition is divided into three equal payments.
- Late‑payment handling: reminders begin after a 10‑day delay; escalation and restrictions (including withholding reports and system access) apply for continued non‑payment; extended arrears trigger meetings with the accounting office and possible enrollment restrictions.

Mandatory and optional additional costs
- Mandatory additional fees include charges for books and curriculum consumables; these are invoiced as part of the first (additional fees) payment.
- Optional costs that may be charged separately include school uniform, transportation (school bus), and other optional services or extracurricular fees. Parents may opt in for these services and pay them in addition to tuition.
- The cashier desk is open Sunday–Thursday, 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM for in‑person payments and inquiries; the school's accounting contact is accounting@bhis-school.qa and phone +974 4012 3388 (extension 358).

Boarding fees
- No boarding provision is listed for this school; the school operates as a day school and does not publish boarding fees.

Refunds and cancellation rules
- The evaluation fee, registration fee and seat reservation fee are non‑refundable under any circumstance.
- Additional fees are not refundable after September 1 of the academic year. Cancellations before September 1 are eligible for reimbursement of additional fees and full tuition fees paid, minus the non‑refundable seat reservation and registration and evaluation fees.
- Cancellation during the first month of the academic year: tuition fees are reimbursed after deducting the seat reservation fee and pro‑rata for attended learning days. Cancellation after the first month and up to December 31: the first semester must be paid in full. Cancellation from January 1 requires payment of the full tuition fee for the academic year.

Fee payment options and bank details
- Accepted payment methods: cash at the accounting department, bank transfer, and cheque. The school states that bank transfer details will be provided on request; published beneficiary details include Commercial Bank, IBAN QA29 CBQA 0000 0000 4010193339001 and SWIFT CBQAQAQA. Cheques should be made payable to the school.

Other practical notes on fees
- The seat reservation amount is deducted from total tuition once the student is admitted; the seat reservation, registration and exam/evaluation fees remain explicitly non‑refundable. Parents should note the school's timelines for the seat reservation payment (deadline end of March for returning students) to guarantee placement.

(Annual tuition figures above are presented in Qatari Riyal as published in the school's public fee listings and published school fee summaries.)

Pupil Nationality Mix

BHIS welcomes applications from children of all nationalities, including Qatari nationals and residents. The materials do not publish specific nationality counts or ratios.
