How the instalments and billing are scheduled (payment terms)
- Additional fees (mandatory extras such as book charges and similar additional fees) are billed first; this payment is due on 01/06/2024. The tuition itself is collected in three equal instalments.
- Instalment due dates: first tuition instalment due 01/09/2024; second instalment due 01/12/2024; third instalment due 01/02/2025. The school's published quarterly billing calendar lists these dates and specifies that the total tuition is divided into three equal payments.
- Late‑payment handling: reminders begin after a 10‑day delay; escalation and restrictions (including withholding reports and system access) apply for continued non‑payment; extended arrears trigger meetings with the accounting office and possible enrollment restrictions.

Mandatory and optional additional costs

Refunds and cancellation rules
