Doha Academy is privately owned and operates as an independent day school. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Al Faleh Educational Holding Q.P.S.C., with a Board of Directors chaired by Sheikha Aisha Bint Faleh Al Thani. The Doha Academy group comprises three licensed schools: Doha Academy Al Waab, Doha Academy Salwa, and Doha International Kindergarten (DIKg).
