The Resources Levy is an annual charge and is levied with the first term's tuition fees for each academic year. When a place is offered, parents have a short period to settle required payments or the offer may be withdrawn. If a child is enrolled after the start of a term, a full term's tuition fee is required.
Resources levy and other recurring charges
- Resources Levy (annual, payable per child with the first term tuition): Pre‑School QR 1,000; Reception–Year 6 QR 1,000; Year 7–Year 13 QR 1,000.
- Additional regular or occasional charges may apply for extra‑curricular activities, school trips, examination entry fees and specialist provision; these are normally invoiced separately. The school's parent/student handbook sets out the categories of additional charges.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable. Doha British School Rawdat Al‑Hamama operates as a private co‑educational day school; no boarding provision (and therefore no boarding fees) applies at this campus.
Uniform and other one‑off costs
- School uniform is required and is purchased separately via the school's uniform arrangements (Uniform / Uniform Purchase information is set out in the Parent & Student Handbook). Uniform costs and the timetable for purchases are charged outside of term tuition and are the responsibility of parents.
Refund information and key fee conditions
- Application and assessment charges are non‑refundable. The registration fee is non‑refundable once a place is accepted. When a place is offered parents are required to settle the payments within the school's stated acceptance period or the place may be withdrawn. Enrolment after the start of a term requires payment of a full term's tuition regardless of the start date. These terms are set out in the school's admissions policy and fee regulations.
Fee payment options
- Application and admissions payments may be made to the Finance Office; overseas applicants may use bank transfer. The school publishes and issues invoices through its parent systems (Parent Portal / iSAMS) for term invoices and receipts. Specific payment channels and instructions (bank account details, online payment options or parent‑portal payment links) are provided on admissions/invoice documentation and through the school's finance office.
