1. Enquiry and waiting list. Register your ward's details in the waiting list using the Pre-Admission Form. Click Apply Now to fill out and submit the online form. The Registrar will respond based on vacancies and the Pre-Admission Form numbers.
2. Registration and initial processing. Submit the duly-filled admission form and the required documents to the Registrar. Once the Registrar verifies your documents, proceed to the Accounts office and pay the Assessment Fee of QR 109. The online registration form is accessed via the Online Registration for Processing the Admission page.
3. Language options and academic structure. The First Language for all classes is English. The Second Language options vary by class, including Hindi, French, Malayalam, Tamil, Marathi, Arabic, Sanskrit, Urdu, Telugu, and other languages as listed for different grade ranges. Main subjects include Mathematics, General Science, Social Studies, Computer, with streams and subject groups defined for higher grades.
4. Age eligibility and entry testing. The child should have completed 3.6 years (3 years 6 months) as of 1 April for Nursery (KG-I) and 5 years 6 months for Class I. Nursery and Prep assess readiness for the specified grade. For Class I–V, a written test is conducted in English and Mathematics; for Class VI–X, tests cover English, Mathematics and Science. All tests are followed by an interaction with the Principal.
5. Mid‑term admissions and final placement. Admission is subject to vacancies. Mid‑term admission is possible only if a vacancy exists, with termwise syllabus. The decision of the Principal/designate is final.
6. Afternoon shift admissions (2026‑27). Afternoon shift admissions are Open for Grades I–VIII with transfers restrictions removed by MoEHE for 2026‑27. Transfers from other schools in Qatar are accepted; eligibility tests and formalities apply.
The waiting list is maintained through the Pre-Admission Form. Register your ward's details in the waiting list via the Pre-Admission Form and submit online using the Apply Now option. The Registrar will contact you based on vacancies and the numbers on the Pre-Admission Form.
