Tuition fees — per term and per academic year (by year group)

- Nursery & Prep: QAR 2,000 per term; total annual tuition QAR 6,000.
- Classes I–IV: QAR 2,891 per term; total annual tuition QAR 8,673.
- Classes V–VIII: QAR 3,118 per term; total annual tuition QAR 9,354.
- Classes IX–X: QAR 3,800 per term; total annual tuition QAR 11,400.
- Classes XI–XII: QAR 4,254 per term; total annual tuition QAR 12,762.
- Each annual tuition is payable in three equal instalments (the per‑term amounts above).

Transport (bus) fees and terms

- Inside city: Installment 1 QAR 1,400; Installment 2 QAR 1,300; Installment 3 QAR 1,300 — total QAR 4,000 per year.
- Outside city: Installment 1 QAR 1,500; Installment 2 QAR 1,500; Installment 3 QAR 1,500 — total QAR 4,500 per year.
- Transport fee is charged by term. If a student has attended even one day of a term and then withdraws from transport for that term, there is no refund. Transport fees will not be adjusted for zone changes until the end of the term.

Other costs and school store (books, uniforms, miscellaneous fees)

- The school operates a book and uniform store for purchase of textbooks, notebooks and uniform items; store timings and return conditions apply (uniforms may be returned or exchanged within the stated return period; textbooks are non‑returnable except for printing errors).
- Ancillary and special fees (for activities, medical, computer, etc.) are referenced in historical fee breakdowns and may apply annually; parents should assume there may be occasional annual “special” or activity charges in addition to tuition.
- Late‑payment and re‑admission fees (examples above) are additional charges that can apply.

Refund and withdrawal policy

- One calendar month's written notice is required to withdraw, or alternatively one term's fees (tuition and transport for the relevant term) in lieu of notice.
- Tuition fees for the relevant term, special fees and admission/seat reservation fees are not refundable.
- If a newly admitted child is withdrawn before the start of the academic session, admission fees already paid will be forfeited from the deposited amount.
- Transfer Certificates will not be issued until all school dues are cleared. Caution deposit (where paid) is refundable as a cheque in favor of the student's father after clearance procedures.
