- Admission fee: QAR 300 (one-time, non-refundable).
- Uniform fee: QAR 400 (one-time, non-refundable).

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Fees are billed in three installments per academic year with the following due dates:
- Installment 1 (Apr–Jun): due 15 April.
- Installment 2 (Sep–Dec): due 10 September.
- Installment 3 (Jan–Mar): due 10 January.
- Mode of payment accepted: Cash, card and bank transfer.
- Fee-extension policy: Extension is permitted only for the tuition fee upon submission of a post-dated cheque (PDC) in favour of the school; no extension is provided for transport fees.
- Outstanding dues are reported to the Ministry of Education if not cleared.
- Two weeks' notice prior to the start of a new term is required for withdrawal; fees for the full term must be paid irrespective of the month of withdrawal if notice is not given as required. If withdrawal occurs after a term has started, the respective term fee must be cleared.

Sibling discount

- A 50% sibling discount on tuition and transport fees is available for the third child.

Other costs

- Books: compulsory purchase from the school; fees once paid are non-refundable.
- Uniform: may be bought separately from the school; uniform fees once paid are non-refundable.

Boarding

- No boarding fees apply; the school does not operate a boarding facility.
