Document requirements at application time include: 1. valid QID copies of the student and both parents; 2) valid passport copies of the student and both parents; 3) copy of child's immunization record; 4) birth certificate; 5) MOFA-attested mark sheet of the previous class if studied abroad; 6) Transfer Certificate countersigned by the education board if not CBSE; 7) Qatar national address (from Metrash); 8) parent employment letter (from Metrash/employer); 9) parent's undertaking (download from the application). At application time, items 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8 are mandatory.
4. MOFA attestation is required for admission when transferring from abroad; MOFA-attested previous class mark sheet is mandatory to complete admission formalities (Class 2 onwards). Document submission deadlines are: for admissions before May 31, submit within 15 days of admission; for admissions from June 1 onwards, MOFA documents must be submitted at the time of application. All pending documents must be submitted before the deadline, failing which the admission may be cancelled. All admissions are provisional and subject to MOEHE and CBSE approval.
5. Eligibility and admissions are online only; there are no walk-in admissions. Shortlisted candidates will be notified for document verification and an Admission Assessment. Shortlisted candidates must present the Admission Assessment Intimation at the Security Gate for entry.
