The admissions process begins with taking the admissions test. The Admissions Test Application Form must be completed to start the process. The admissions office will contact you by email or telephone to schedule the admissions test. The Admissions Test Fee is QAR 612 and is paid by direct bank transfer, with the following details: MINISTRY OF EDUCATION & HIGH EDU., Account Number 0013-112222-003, IBAN QA39QNBA000000000013112222003, Swift QNBAQAQA, Qatar National Bank Q.P.S.C. Step 3 requires submitting an Online Admissions Application Form and all required documents, including copies of the applicant's passport and the parent or guardian's Qatar ID (Residence permit number). The application will not be considered until all items are received. After reviewing the submitted materials, if the child meets the admissions requirements, you will be contacted to pay a non-refundable reservation fee to secure the seat. The school offers Educational Vouchers for Qataris (Qatari Students Only). Eligibility requires certification letters from both the mother and father's workplaces stating that they are not eligible for an education allowance. Voucher amounts are listed by grade and reduce the total tuition accordingly (e.g., Grade 5–6, Grade 7–9, Grade 10, Grade 11, Grade 12). The voucher amounts and the corresponding total tuition by grade are shown in the tuition schedule. Educational vouchers are designed to support Qatari students and are documented in the Fees Policy and Structure.
