Billing schedule and payment terms

- Consequences for late or unpaid fees: access to student records and online portals may be withheld, report cards and official documents will be withheld until accounts are cleared, and the school may pursue legal action and recover associated legal costs if fees remain delinquent.
- Invoicing and adjustments: tuition is charged for days attended if a student withdraws after the term starts; any credit balance on a student account will be carried forward to the next school year. Refunds are processed subject to the school's refund policy.

- Refund processing: refunds are processed within 90 days/end of each semester, subject to management approval; the school reserves the right to make exceptions to the refund policy.
