ISME Qatar offers clubs focused on academic enrichment and STEM, including INJAZ Club, MUN Club, Robotics Club, STEAM Club, Debate (both Grade 7–9 and Grade 10–12), Chess Club, Health Club, and Yearbook Club. These clubs provide opportunities to apply classroom learning through collaborative projects, competitions, and real-world problem solving. All clubs run from Sunday to Wednesday, with a semester schedule published for after-school activities. The January 2026 announcement notes that Robotics Club, Model United Nations, and Debate Club will meet during Semester 2, with other clubs following the regular schedule.
Arts and creative activities are supported by Cake and Decoration Club, Cooking Club, and Yearbook Club, as listed among ISME Qatar's clubs. Chess Club is also offered as a recreational/creative outlet.
