1. Complete Registration: Complete Registration is available on the LIS website; submit the admission form to begin. From KG1 to Grade 12, admissions are open, subject to seat availability and eligibility. The first step starts the admissions journey.
2. Await Admission Call: Our Admissions Team will contact you to assist with next steps. They guide you through the subsequent steps and provide support as you move toward testing and document submission. This outreach marks the progression from registration toward testing.
3. Admission Test: Take an age-appropriate test. The test is part of the admission criteria used to assess applicants.
4. Document Submission: Submit all required documents via the online checklist. Incomplete documentation may delay the admission process. Documents required include copies of Qatar ID, passport, birth certificate, vaccination card, health fitness certificate, and prior mark sheets as applicable.
5. Confirm Admission: Pay fees to confirm admission and join the Loyola family. Admission is subject to seat availability. Loyola operates two campuses in Qatar: Oasis and Al-Nasr. Affiliation numbers are 6630206 for Oasis and 6330012 for Al-Nasr.
