Students must wear the prescribed Loyola uniform, kept clean and well groomed. PE uniforms are worn on designated days, and accessories such as jewelry, smartwatches, makeup, or colored accessories are not permitted. Boys should have short hair and girls should tie their hair with red bands; Grade 4 and above wear the blazer during winter.
Food arrangements are not detailed on campus. Cafeterias are planned for both Oasis and Al-Nasr campuses, with cashless payments for food and beverages being developed for the future canteens.
LIS uses a four-house system: Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire, and Diamond, with the colours Red, Green, Blue, and Yellow. Inter-house events cover academics, sports, performing arts, and debates, fostering competition and community. Student leadership roles, such as House Captains and Vice Captains, help develop responsibility and teamwork.
The school is governed by the New Loyola Model Education Society (Hyderabad, India). The two Qatar campuses, Al Nasr and Oasis, operate under this governance and the school is CBSE-affiliated.
