The Lyce9e Bonaparte is located in Doha, Qatar, on Al Intisar Street. It lies in the West Bay area, where the campus is described as ultra-modern and situated in the heart of West Bay.

- Collège (6ème to 3ème): Annual full tariff QAR 36,036; reduced tariff QAR 29,969. Payment by three instalments (full tariff per-term: QAR 14,414 / QAR 10,811 / QAR 10,811; reduced tariff per-term: QAR 11,987 / QAR 8,991 / QAR 8,991).
- Lycée (Seconde, Première, Terminale): Annual full tariff QAR 46,200; reduced tariff QAR 35,057. Payment by three instalments (full tariff per-term: QAR 18,480 / QAR 13,860 / QAR 13,860; reduced tariff per-term: QAR 14,023 / QAR 10,517 / QAR 10,517).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Standard term deadlines for the 2025–2026 year: 1st term due 25 August 2025; 2nd term due 01 December 2025; 3rd term due 01 March 2026. The invoice calendar and the due dates published for the year must be respected; fees are due before each term begins. Rights of entry and reservation fees for the following year have a separate due date (example shown: 01 April 2026).
- Fees are payable per the annual schedule; failure to pay after repeated reminders can lead to refusal of attendance or radiating the pupil. Families remain personally liable for all invoices.
- The reduced tariff conditions are cumulative: the child must be French or Qatari and the parents must demonstrate the absence of employer coverage of school fees.
- Sibling discounts for families on the reduced tariff are applied as specified in the tariff grid.
Boarding / boarding fees
- No boarding/pension fees are published for this establishment; no boarding provision is listed in the school's financial schedule for 2025–2026 (therefore no boarding fees apply).
Other costs and optional fees
- Optional international section supplement (Section internationale, optional): QAR 5,000 per year (additional, optional).
- Exam and assessment fees (estimates provided): Baccalauréat (Terminale) QAR 750; EAF (Première) QAR 300; DNB QAR 100. The centre of examination communicates the definitive amounts where relevant.
- Other charges and sundries (examples): replacement of access badge QAR 100; replacement of book or manual (loss/damage) QAR 100; test d'entrée for new arrivals QAR 450.
- Transport and school canteen are not included in tuition and are billed separately if used. Extra-curricular activities, school trips, CNED enrolment (if applicable) and other services are charged in addition when applicable.
Refunds, cancellations and prorating
- The security deposit (caution) is refundable on departure under the conditions set out in the school's financial regulations; families must request reimbursement in writing and provide bank details. If not claimed within 12 months after radiation, the deposit may be considered a donation.
- First-time registration fees, reservation fees, entry rights and tuition are refundable or proratisable only in specific circumstances described in the financial regulations. Typical rules include: refund of reservation fee if cancelled before specified deadlines; prorating of term fees where a pupil departs definitively from Qatar with supporting documents (prorating normally on calendar days if departure occurs within the first month of the term; if departure occurs after the first month, the full term may be due).
- In most other cases any term begun is entirely due. All refund or prorating requests must follow the documented notification procedures and be supported by the required documents (for example, official proof of departure).
Fee payment options and banking details

- Cheques may be accepted only exceptionally with prior written agreement from the accounting service. Payments can also be made directly at the bank counter by cheque or cash; cash is accepted exceptionally for amounts under QAR 500 and only after prior agreement with the accounting service. A payment receipt or proof must be emailed to the school's accounting address.
- Families are required to follow the school's invoicing calendar; in absence of payment within the stated deadlines, the school issues reminders and may implement sanctions described in the financial regulations. What the tuition covers and what it does not cover
- Included in tuition: core schooling, school liability insurance, insurance for the child during school activities (complementary to family insurance), program-related school trips and outings, loan of textbooks for primary and secondary levels (and certain supplies for maternelle), and the student badge.
- Not included: examination enrolment fees, optional international section supplement (additional), transport, canteen, some extra‑curricular activities and certain materials or replacement costs.
The school represents about 75 nationalities among its students. The school states it welcomes students of all nationalities. The most common nationality and local-vs-international ratios are not published.
