Billing schedule and payment terms

- The QAR 2,000 seat reservation payment is deducted from the Term 1 invoice once a place is accepted.

Refund information and withdrawal policy

- The Entrance Test Fee and the Registration Fee are non-refundable. The seat reservation amount is applied to Term 1 fees when accepting a place.
- Timely written notification is required for student withdrawal; administration must be contacted to complete the formal withdrawal procedure.

- Point of Sale (POS): direct payment at the accounts office.
