Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
Newton British Academy Al Dafna was established in 2018 as a private international school delivering an enhanced British education in a nurturing primary setting. It welcomes children from age three and provides a structured eight-year programme from Foundation One through to Year Six. The Early Years and Foundation Stage comprises Foundation One and Foundation Two, corresponding to the UK Nursery and Reception years, with learning focused on play, creativity, and discovery. From Foundation Stage onward, students progress through Key Stage One (Years 1–2) and Key Stage Two (Years 3–6) following the National Curriculum of England.
NBA Al Dafna fosters an international community of learners in a supportive campus environment, with a focus on sport programmes and accessible, engaging learning. The Life at NBA Al Dafna Campus section highlights a supportive community and sport programmes as core features of daily life. A calendar of events includes activities such as P4C advanced training, World Mental Health Awareness Day events for Foundation One and Foundation Two, and a Year 5 school trip titled Out Of This World. World Mental Health Day 2025 is listed among the events.
NBA Al Dafna has an active PTA which meets regularly to consider the needs of the school and how we can work in partnership for the benefit of the children. PTA meetings may take the form of a general meeting in which matters of interest are discussed and any areas of concern addressed. We also have regular coffee mornings which include classroom visits during which parents may observe a lesson in their children's classes. Our PTA Committee has been in place for 3 years and enthusiastically engages with parents and school management. The committee has actively planned the annual school fair and coordinated various social responsibility activities.
