Billing schedule and payment terms
- The academic year is organised into three terms. Tuition fees are quoted per term and are payable in advance, prior to the commencement of the term to which they apply.
- If a student is admitted in the first half of a term, a full term's fees are charged; if admitted in the second half of a term, a half-term fee is charged.
- The seat reservation fee (QR 2,000) is deducted from the first term's fees once a place is accepted.

Boarding
- Newton British School – Muraikh operates as a private co-educational day school; no boarding fees apply.

Other costs and exclusions
- School excursions, bus transportation and uniforms are not included in the tuition and must be paid separately.
- IGCSE, AS and A Level examination fees are not included in the tuition fees and are charged separately.
- Resource fees are listed separately and are reflected in the total annual amounts above.

Refund information and withdrawal
- Entrance test and registration fees are explicitly non-refundable. The reservation fee is applied against Term 1 fees rather than refunded.
- Written notification is required for withdrawal from the school; Administration must be contacted to complete the withdrawal procedure.
