Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
The school assesses applicants based on past school records, an entrance assessment, and in some cases, an interview and an English proficiency test. Qualified students are admitted on a first-come, first-served basis. The child's previous school report must be attested by the home country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Qatar Embassy, and the Qatar Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Required documents include four passport-sized photographs; copies of the applicant's passport and QID; copies of both parents' passports and QID cards; the report from the previous school; the child's immunization record; a completed medical form (included in the application form); a signed Fee Regulation form (included in the application form); and a copy of the child's birth certificate. All documents must be submitted before the entrance exam date. When the documents are returned, you may apply for a test date and time and pay a QR 204 non-refundable entrance exam fee. Testing is conducted by appointment, and after the assessment you will be notified by telephone or email whether a place can be offered. The school will not retain documents if admission is not granted. To confirm acceptance, you must visit the Accounts Office to pay the non-refundable Registration Fee; places are not guaranteed until the fees are paid. Registration is open for 2025-2026; for quick assistance or registration queries contact Mrs.
