Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
Step 1. Prepare documents for admission. Four passport-sized photographs; a copy of the applicant's passport and QID; copies of both parents' passports and QIDs; the report from the previous school (attested by the home country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Qatar Embassy, and the Ministry of Education in Qatar); a copy of the child's immunization record; a completed Medical form (included in the application form); a signed Fee Regulation form (included in the application form); and a copy of the child's birth certificate. All documents must be submitted before the entrance exam date. The previous school report must be attested by the home country's MOFA, the Qatar Embassy, and the MOE in Qatar. Step 2. Submit documents and arrange the entrance exam. Return the documents to the Registrar or Receptionist; you may apply for a test date/time and pay a QR 204 non-refundable entrance exam fee. The testing of students will be held by appointment. Step 3. Entrance assessment and results. The entrance assessment is conducted by appointment; after the assessment you will be notified by telephone or email whether a place can be offered. Step 4. Offer and registration. If a place is offered, to confirm acceptance visit the Accounts Office to pay the non-refundable Registration Fee (QR 2,550). The school does not guarantee or reserve places. Places are guaranteed only when the required fees are paid. A Seat Reservation of QR 2,000 may be paid to reserve the place and is deducted from Term 1 fees. Step 5. Finalize enrollment. Upon payment of the required fees, the place is secured.
