Language Provision

The school uses English as the language of instruction across the curriculum. In the Early Years Foundation Stage and Primary years, English and Mathematics follow the English National Curriculum, with Modern Foreign Languages offered as specialist subjects (Spanish or French). In Secondary, languages include French, Spanish and Arabic, with Arabic available through Arabic language options (IGCSE and Ministry Curriculum). Qatar History is taught in both Arabic and English where appropriate. Arabic Language, Islamic Studies and Qatar History are mandatory Ministry of Education subjects to meet local requirements.
