History

Rajagiri Public School, Doha was established in September 2014 as a joint venture between the Rajagiri Group of Educational Institutions, Kochi, Kerala, and Al Kaabi Contracting & Trading Co. W.L.L., Doha. Academic management is provided by Rajagiri Kochi, while Al Kaabi handles administrative management. The school follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) for Kindergarten (Little Kingdom) and the CBSE curriculum for the Primary section. The campus is purpose-built to high international standards in Abu Hamour and is licensed by the Supreme Education Council (SEC) of Qatar. In 2019, Rajagiri Public School Doha was accredited by the Qatar National Schools' Accreditation Committee (QNSA).

Community

The Rajagiri Public School Doha community hosts a calendar of cultural and academic events throughout the year, with active participation by students and families. The Annual Day, Revue 2025, is held at the Abu Hamour campus auditorium and features performances by students from KG to Grade 12, with guests including officials from the Indian embassy and Rajagiri leadership. Qatar National Day celebrations in 2024-25 showcased classroom activities and student performances, including a parade by Little Kingdom students. Qatar National Sport Day in 2023 saw parents, teachers and staff come together for games and sports, with teams organized in badminton, basketball and volleyball. Rajagiri Public School Doha has active parent–teacher engagement, with parents participating in major school events. Annual Day programs invite families to the Abu Hamour campus for performances by students from kindergarten through Grade 12. Qatar National Sport Day 2023 brought together parents, teachers and staff for games and activities, with multiple sport teams formed. Merit Day 2024-25 and Teachers' Day 2024-25 are documented in the school galleries, illustrating ongoing family involvement in recognizing student achievement and staff contributions. The Rajagiri Public School Qatar Mobile Application provides a channel for parent–teacher–student communication, and the site shows an active social media presence that supports ongoing family engagement.
