Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Arrange a visit during regular school days to observe the learning environment at The Cambridge School Doha. To proceed with registration, contact the Registrar during working hours from 7 A.M. to 5 P.M.; registration forms are available at the school. The minimum age for admission to kindergarten is three years as of 1 September. There is no formal entrance test for kindergarten, but an interview with both parents and the child is part of the admission process. 2. Collect a pre-registration form directly from the school and submit it to the Registration Office with the required supporting documents such as photographs and copies of passport and residence permit. The Registrar reviews the application and assesses place availability based on the child's age. If a place is available, an assessment visit is arranged and a non-refundable assessment fee is payable. The assessment visit includes a meeting with the Principal or Head of Section and an entrance test for students in Years 1 to 10. 3. The results of the interviews and examinations are typically provided on the same day. If the child meets the required standards, they will be invited to join The Cambridge School Doha. An official offer of admission confirms the next steps. Parents may seek clarifications from the Registrar if needed. 4. Upon acceptance, sign a declaration form and make payments including the non-refundable registration fee, first-term tuition, textbook and uniform costs (and transportation fee, if applicable), and a refundable cautionary deposit. The school reserves the right to decline enrollment if it cannot address a child's educational and social needs or if a student's values do not align with the school's ethos. There is no automatic promotion from Year 3 to Year 13. If parents withdraw their child from school due to leaving Qatar without intentions of returning, the term's fees will be forfeited.
