The Doha Campus is located at 22 February Street, Al Messila, Doha, Qatar. It sits in central Doha with convenient access to major roads and nearby amenities. The EMS network operates four campuses across Doha, Khor, and Wakra.
Doha Campus offers KG1 to Year 13. The Cambridge International Curriculum is implemented across this age range. The EMS network also operates a Khor Campus (KG1–Year 13) and a Wakra Campus (KG1–Year 9).
Co-educational; Day school (no boarding facilities are reported).
The school has a dedicated SEN Coordinator (SENCO) and an AIM (Academic Intervention/Support) Department to support students with Special Educational Needs.
No formal country affiliation. EMS Doha is a MOEHE-endorsed private school in Qatar and holds accreditations with CIS, NEASC, QNSA, COBIS and others.

Bus / transport and external exam fees

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fees are invoiced and payable by term; tuition for each term is payable at the start of that term. Students whose fees are not paid by the due date may be temporarily excluded and report cards withheld until outstanding fees are settled. Registration fees are stated as non-refundable and seat reservation is collected as part of Term 1. One half-term (six weeks) notice of intent to withdraw is required.
- The school notes that a fee increase of up to 10% may be applied if approved by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
Boarding
- The English Modern School operates as a day school; boarding/hostel provision and boarding fees are not listed.
Other costs and routine charges

Refund information and withdrawal rules
- Registration/application/testing fees are non-refundable. Seat reservation (and re-enrolment) fees are refundable in cases such as sudden termination of a parent's employment if appropriate evidence is provided; other refund scenarios (partial tuition refunds, release from enrolment contract) are managed under the school's tuition refund policy and require written notice (typically six weeks) and compliance with the published refund guidelines. Refund processing follows the school's tuition/refund policy.
Fee payment options
- The school provides a secure online fees payment portal for parents to view invoices, pay tuition, and download receipts. The school reserves the right to refuse personal cheques.
