EMS Doha offers an After-School Activities program that extends academic and intellectual development beyond the school day. Primary ASAs include Arabic, Art, Band, Book Club, Chess, Coding, Cooking, Drawing, French, Lego Club, Mad Math, Spanish, and Zumba. Secondary ASAs include Art, Book Club, Chess, Debate, Dungeons & Dragons, French, Lego Robotics, Mad Math, Newspaper, Podcast, and Table Tennis. The program emphasizes creative thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative learning.
Arts-related ASAs are available through the Education Beyond the Classroom program, including Art, Band, Choir, Dance, and Cooking, with Drawing also available. These activities support creative expression and performance skills alongside academic work.
Language opportunities include Arabic, French, and Spanish language activities through ASAs, enabling language development in informal settings.
The program offers social and hobby-oriented activities such as Board Games, Chess, E-Gaming, Newspaper, Podcast, and Table Tennis, fostering teamwork, strategic thinking, and communication.
The AIM (Assistance, Inclusion & Mentoring) department supports learners through differentiation of instruction, curriculum and assessment, recognizing diverse language backgrounds and varying levels of English proficiency. It provides in-class, small-group and one-on-one support to help students engage with the mainstream curriculum and develop 21st-century skills.
EMS Active offers physical education through swimming, football, and basketball for ages 5–19, with development stages by age to balance enjoyment and high-level training. The school's facilities include designated basketball and football fields, a full-sized artificial grass pitch, a large gym, and a swimming pool to promote physical health. There are two cafeterias for students and a staff café to support well-being and community.
