What the extra fees cover
- The school's extra fees cover items such as stationery, textbooks, classroom resources, materials used during the year, activities, trips and outings, and other academic and extracurricular resources. Purchase of the school uniform is billed separately and is not included in the extra fees.

Transport / bus fees
- School bus (transport) fees: QAR 2,275 per term (same amount each term as published).

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fees are billed by term and are due at the start of each school term. The school requires payment of term fees in full at the beginning of each term; unpaid fees by the due date may lead to temporary exclusion from school and withholding of report cards until accounts are cleared. The re‑enrolment or enrolment contract will show the specific payment dates for each term.
- The school requires written notice (typically one half term / six weeks) of intention to withdraw a student; failure to provide required notice may affect refund eligibility. The school will report persistent overdue accounts to the Ministry and reserves the right to withhold records and block re‑enrolment until outstanding amounts are cleared. Late or delinquent accounts are followed up by the Business Office to seek a mutually agreeable resolution.

Refunds and withdrawal
- The school operates a published refund policy that can provide partial tuition refunds and release from the enrolment contract in specified circumstances. Parents must submit written notice of withdrawal (the school normally requires six weeks' notice). Application/testing fees are non‑refundable. In cases such as sudden termination of a parent's employment, the school may refund seat reservation fees when original documentary evidence is provided. Refunds follow the school's term‑based schedule and deadlines; refunds are not available after the published term deadlines for that academic year.

Boarding fees
- The Wakra campus operates as a day school (KG–primary levels listed for Wakra); there is no published boarding provision or boarding fees for the Wakra campus. Boarding fees are therefore not applicable.

Other costs and additional charges
- Uniforms: purchased separately and billed outside the published extra fees.
- External examination fees and some third‑party assessments are the responsibility of parents.
- Lost or damaged books are charged at the replacement price plus processing fees.
- The school may have occasional additional charges for specific activities or trips; these are billed as required.
