Billing schedule and payment terms
- Timing of installments: 1st installment is due upon registration; 2nd installment is due before October 15; 3rd installment is due by January 15.
- Additional payment notes from the school guarantee and terms:
- The school operates on a whole‑year basis; fees are calculated for the full academic year and the school expects payment accordingly.
- If the second installment is not paid before the first day of term, the child will not be accepted until fees are paid; in the event of non-payment after one week the child's seat and fees already paid will be forfeited. If the final installment is not paid by December 31, the child will not be accepted until fees are fully settled.
- The registration/deposit requirement for KG1 and above must be paid prior to the placement test or interview (registration steps referenced in the school's fee policy). QR 1,500 is treated as the non‑refundable registration/deposit.
Transportation / Bus Fees
- Two‑way school bus service for Doha residents: QR 5,000 per year, payable upon registration. Transportation is optional and charged in addition to tuition. Tuition does not include transportation.
Other costs and mandatory purchases
- Books and uniforms are not included in the tuition and must be purchased from the school. Tuition also excludes extracurricular activities and meal subscriptions. These are additional costs to plan for.
Boarding
- Boarding is not applicable. The International School of Choueifat – Doha operates as a day school and does not offer a boarding program.
Refund policy and conditions for partial refunds
- Fees are generally non‑refundable. The Guarantee Form sets out limited refund conditions when parents remove a child before a term starts:
- If written notice is given at least 30 days before the first term starts, the paid amount is refunded less QR 1,000 (tuition charge) and QR 200 (bus charge) where applicable.
- If notice is given at least 30 days before the second term starts, the amount paid is refunded less one term's fees and the charge described above.
- If notice is given at least 30 days before the third term starts, the amount paid is refunded less the two previous payments and the bus charge stated above.
- Under no other circumstances will fees be refunded. These refund rules are applied as written in the school's Guarantee Form.
Fee payment options (credit card / bank transfer / other)
