It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
Uniform policy requires neat dress in the official Phoenix Private School uniform. Day wear includes a white Phoenix polo shirt (short sleeves for Foundation 1–Year 3; long sleeves for Year 4–Year 9) with black or grey lower wear; knee-length skirts are allowed for younger pupils, while older pupils wear trousers, and no tie is required. The uniform is supplied by Zaks Trading, with guidance to purchase early, and hijabs/head coverings must be neutral in color.
Food policy enforces a strict NO NUTS policy due to student allergies. It asks parents not to send any peanut or nut-containing products (including peanut butter, nut spreads, and cereal bars with nuts) and to check food labels; staff request awareness by those preparing lunches.
The Phoenix Private School uses a House system with four Houses: Dragon, Griffin, Pegasus, and Roc. Students participate in a year-round calendar of House events and compete for House Points, culminating in the House Cup; there is an annual all-through Sports Day.
Governance and ownership: The Phoenix Private School operates in Doha and adheres to the English National Curriculum; it was established in 2013 and holds an SEC Education License. The site does not publish details about ownership by a parent company or school group.
