The Scholars' International School does not offer boarding; it operates as a day school. It serves classes from kindergarten to Grade 6. It operates from two separate villas in Doha as a day-school campus.
Uniforms are prescribed for all students. Boys wear a blue-green checkered blazer with the school logo (class 1 onwards) with a white shirt, dark navy trousers, a logo tie, a belt, socks, and black shoes; KG students have a winter pullover with the logo. Girls wear a light turquoise-green blazer with the logo (class 1 onwards) with a white shirt, a blue-green checkered pinafore, a logo necktie, a belt, socks, and black shoes. A Physical Education uniform applies on Tuesdays; on Thursdays, students wear house-colour sportswear (Polo T-shirts in house colours, white track pants, white socks, and white shoes). The uniform must be purchased from the school store; variations are not permitted on campus.
The school uses a house system; house colours are used for the Physical Education uniform (Polo T-shirts in house colours). Orientation programmes include a dedicated section on the house system, indicating it is part of student life.
