The Scholars' International School was founded on 9 September 2012 by a group of visionaries committed to delivering quality Indian CBSE education with strong values. It began with 33 students and has grown into a school serving around 833 students, with classes from kindergarten to Grade 6. The campus operates from two separate villas in Doha, providing a safe learning environment. In May 2024, the Al Azhar Group assumed management of Scholars International School, marking a new era in leadership and governance. The Al Azhar Group also runs Brilliant Indian International School in Duhail and maintains a broader education portfolio in India, reflecting the group's expansion and commitment to quality education.
The Scholars' International School maintains an active school community that marks national and cultural events each year. Annual Day features a cultural programme and prize distribution, and Qatar National Day is celebrated on campus with student involvement.
