Questfield International College offers two lines of study: Romanian and International. It participates in curriculum best practice research with NGOs and decision makers to promote inspirational learning experiences that drive constant progress. Programs include Kindergarten, Primary & Secondary School, and a Highschool opening planned for September 2024. Questfield by the Numbers shows 21+ years of history, 80+ experienced teachers, 300+ student leadership roles and 15,000+ inspirational experiences.
Drama is part of the student life, with drama productions and student shows. The enrichment programme supports student life activities beyond the classroom, including engaging clubs. There are opportunities for drama and performance as part of student life.
The school community includes Romanian, bilingual and international families. Language is a core part of the school's identity, with an emphasis on language, internationalism and leadership. International Camps, Trips & Outings, Student Exchanges, Model United Nations, and the Duke of Edinburgh programs are part of the life here, and communication aims to be based on authentic conversations.
Questfield is a vibrant community where students, teachers and families interact, with conferences, international camps, events, cozy corners and outdoor learning. The student life program includes trips, outings, enrichment, assemblies, and student exchanges, as well as drama, leadership roles, MUN projects and other activities. There are 10+ Student Leadership Teams, 30+ leaders invited to assemblies, 90+ outings per year, and many students pursuing service learning or leadership roles.
Service Learning is integrated through Junior Duke, Duke of Edinburgh, Model United Nations, Trips, Camps and Student Exchanges, UNESCO and TED. Over 175 students pursue Service Learning, with hundreds of community members involved in events and activities throughout the year.
Leadership is a central pillar, with a House System and Career Advice, plus active Student Leadership, Teacher Leadership and Parent Leadership opportunities. There are Duke of Edinburgh programs and numerous MUN projects that foster leadership and professional skills among students.
Welfare is supported by Wellbeing, Counseling, Safeguarding, Online Safety, Anti-bullying, Health & Safety, Nutrition and School–Parent Partnership. A Questfield education also includes drama, sports competitions, assemblies, community service, and outings to museums and trips, supporting well-being and a balanced school life.
Questfield International College, founded in 2003 by Fabiola Hosu, is a private, two-line school in Bucharest offering Romanian and International study pathways from early years to secondary. The campus on Titu Maiorescu 26 in Pipera–Voluntari blends a green, welcoming environment with modern facilities, including a large outdoor pool, a sports field, spacious classrooms and a central gathering room used for weekly assemblies that bring the community together. The school follows a British curriculum framework, with Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge A Levels, and also offers an Indian curriculum, ensuring options for diverse higher-level qualifications. Curriculum maps align with the English National Curriculum, detailing what is taught, when, and how learning deepens across Preschool through Year 9 and Year 10–11. A strong emphasis on language and internationalism runs through the programme, with Romanian and international cohorts and a robust language focus. Enrichment programmes include chess, robotics, drama, MUN and Duke of Edinburgh.
