Application and Registration Fees
- Application fee (non‑refundable), paid at time of application: EUR 50 for Early Years and Years 1–2; EUR 70 for Years 3–4; EUR 90 for Years 5–10; EUR 50 for Years 11–13.

Alternative currency / local billing (note on how payments are taken)
- Although fees are published in EUR above, the school requires that payments be made in RON to the school bank account (IBAN RO40 EGNA 1010 0000 0081 5144 — VISTA BANK, RON account). Parents should expect invoicing / collection in RON.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Standard payment choices: a single annual payment (one instalment) or two instalments. Per‑term figures above assume the two‑instalment option (annual ÷ 2).
- Extended instalment plans are available by arrangement with the finance office; the school applies a surcharge for extended plans: 2% surcharge for four instalments and 5% surcharge for nine instalments. The instalment plan cannot be changed after 31 July. Contact the school finance office to arrange an instalment plan.
- Late or overdue tuition: students whose tuition has not been paid in a timely manner may be suspended from attending school until accounts are settled.
Boarding
- Boarding is not offered; Verita operates as a day school (no boarding fees apply).

Refund / withdrawal (financial) policy
- If a student withdraws on or before June 30 of the current year: the enrolment fee or re‑enrolment deposit is retained (no further tuition charged).
- Withdrawal between July 1 and July 31 (inclusive): the enrolment fee or re‑enrolment deposit plus 20% of the annual tuition is retained.
- Withdrawal from August 1 until the last day of the first trimester (inclusive): 50% of the annual tuition is retained.
- Withdrawal after the end of the first trimester: 100% of the annual tuition is retained (no refund).
Fee payment options and practical notes
- The school specifies payment in RON to the school's bank account (IBAN shown above). This indicates bank transfer as the required/primary payment method for invoiced school fees.
- The published material does not list credit card payment as a standard option for regular tuition invoices; parents should use the school bank details on invoices for transfers or contact the finance office for confirmation of alternate methods.
Notes on special charges and discounts
- Sibling discount: 5% discount applies starting with the second sibling enrolled; the discount applies to the younger sibling(s).
- Early‑payment / full‑payment discounts and any promotional offers are applied per the school's financial policy when published; extended instalment plans carry the surcharges noted above.
Verita International School Bucharest offers a British curriculum for ages 2–18, including IEYC, IPC, IMYC, Pearson Edexcel IGCSE, and the IB Diploma Programme. It is a not-for-profit independent foundation linked to the UK system via the Dukes Education network. The Bucharest campus comprises a Main Building for Years 2–11, an IB Building for Years 12–13 across the street, and an Early Years Building nearby, with multiple playgrounds and ample outdoor space plus indoor athletic facilities. A second Amber Campus is under construction in Amber Forest (Tunari, Ilfov) and planned to open in 2026–2027; it will cover about 15,000 square meters and include a school, kindergarten, after-school programs, and extensive sports facilities, with 80% of land preserved as green space. A City Campus is planned with modern classrooms, arts and sports spaces, and advanced technology. After-school activities run 16:00–17:00, including sports, arts, music, drama, coding, and languages, with Romanian and French workshops and options such as Spanish and German.
