The day starts with 7:15–7:45 Morning Workout, then 8:20–8:55 Breakfast. Academic learning runs 9:00–13:00, followed by 13:00–14:30 Lunch and Mentor–Mentee Meetings. 14:30–16:30 Academic Learning Experiences, 16:30–18:30 Co-Curricular Program/Community Engagement, 18:30–19:15 Dinner, 19:15–20:15 House Community Time, 20:15–21:00 Free Time, and Curfew at 21:15.

- Non‑Rwandan students: USD 6,500 per term / USD 19,500 per year.
- Organizations: RWF 9,000,000 per term / RWF 27,000,000 per year.

What the tuition covers

- Tuition fees include lessons, the educational programme, meals, boarding, required academic books, and stationery.
- Uniforms and personal expenses (pullover/uniform items, additional textbooks, telephone calls, travel, individual medical treatment, charges for private activities, excursions, and leisure activities) are invoiced separately.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Standard billing/payment cadence: fees are billed per term. Term payment deadlines are:
- Term 1: August 25.
- Term 2: December 25.
- Term 3: April 1.
- If the full annual tuition is paid in advance, a 2% discount is applied.
- A 20% sibling discount applies from the second child onward.
- Tuition fees are non‑refundable.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is included within the published tuition figures above (tuition figures are inclusive of boarding and meals).

Other costs and one‑off charges

- Registration fee (non‑refundable) is charged at enrollment as noted above.
- The enrollment deposit (refundable after completion of studies) is required on admission.
- Personal items and optional activities (uniform items, some textbooks, travel, medical treatment, external examination or activity charges) are billed separately and are not included in the standard tuition.

Ntare Louisenlund School is Rwanda's boarding school offering an IB curriculum with a STEM focus. Rooted in Kurt Hahn and Maria Montessori traditions and updated by contemporary science, learning is personalised in groups of about 20, supported by house systems. An e-portfolio documents progress for learning and university applications. The school is an IB World School, a Round Square member, and a member of NEASC CIE and GEBG; instruction is in English and German, with German study toward at least B1. It maintains a partnership with the Rwanda Ministry of Education and pursues IB authorization with MYP candidacy. The campus hosts five laboratories, learning studios, and seminar rooms, plus sports facilities, and uses ManageBac for digital resources. Global Education includes Model United Nations and Round Square IDEALS of Internationalism, Democracy, Environmentalism, Adventure, Leadership, and Service.
