Spiritual life is woven into all learning to support social and emotional development. Spiritual Development aims to help students reach their full potential in Christ in all areas of life—physically, spiritually, intellectually, socially, and emotionally. Morning devotions support lower primary students, while upper primary and secondary students participate in praise, worship, and Bible sharing. Discipline and classroom management are guided by the mission and vision, emphasizing servant leadership, respect, love, and biblical principles, with restorative practices when needed. The school aims to raise servant-leaders who will impact Rwanda and the world with integrity and service.
At this time, Wellspring Academy Kigali does not have specialized resources or facilities to adequately support students with special educational needs. This is reflected in the published information regarding SEN support on the school's pages.
