Refund and withdrawal policy (fee entitlement on withdrawal)

- Withdrawal during the first week of a semester: no entitlement to the semester tuition (the student is exempt from the semester fee), but the school may claim the cost of uniforms and Ministry‑issued books not yet delivered.
- Withdrawal during the second week of a semester: the school is entitled to 30% of the semester tuition.
- Withdrawal during the third week of a semester: the school is entitled to 50% of the semester tuition.
