Al Forsan International Schools (FIS) operates in Riyadh, the Eastern Province, and Jeddah as part of Ajialuna Educational Company. The first campus opened in Riyadh in 2013, offering education from kindergarten to high school. A second campus followed in 2018 in the Eastern Province (Khobar), and a third campus opened in 2021 in the Al-Qairawan District of Riyadh. A fourth campus opened in 2025 in Jeddah on the King Abdulaziz University campus, expanding the network to serve students aged 3–18 with English-medium instruction and an American curriculum aligned to CCSS and NGSS.
AFIS operates campuses in Riyadh (Alizdihar and Alqirawan), Alkhobar (Alrakah), and Jeddah (Jeddah Campus).
