How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Submit the application form to begin the enrollment process.

2. Provide the required documents: two passport‑size photographs; birth certificate; health certificate (immunization); copies of Father's and Mother's Iqama and Passport for both father and child; the father's employment confirmation letter; a school leaving certificate; a certificate from the previous school stating no balance/dues; fingerprint in the Absher system; and, for Grades 2 and above, documents attested by the Saudi Embassy of the child's country.

3. Pay a registration fee of SR 300 (including VAT) at enrollment.

4. After admission, pay the first installment by the due date; if the first installment is not paid within 5 working days after the result is conveyed, the registration may be cancelled.

5. Bring all original report cards from the previous school.

6. Complete any additional MOE or school procedures as required during the admission process.

Al-Moattasem International School Jubail is an English-medium school following the British Curriculum. English is the main medium of instruction, with Arabic, Filipino, Urdu and French taught as subjects from Kindergarten through High School. The school provides education from kindergarten to O levels (IGCSE). Class sizes are small, with an average of about 15 students per class to support participation and individual attention. The school opened in 1999 and is located in Jubail, Al Jubail 31951, P.O. Box 1640. The principal is Mr. Ali Hassan Al Baloushi. The school offers transportation and participates in math competitions such as Kangaroo Mawhiba for Grades 3–9.
