1. Online Application: To apply online, click Apply Now; you will be redirected to a system to Create An Account, log in, and create a New Student Application. After submission, you can track admissions status by logging in, print the completed application, and monitor when supplemental forms are received. All documents must be in English; if a document is in another language, translate it to English by a certified translator before submission. Saudi nationals must obtain permission to attend AISJ from the Ministry of Education; for students transferring from abroad, leave certificates and/or reports must be stamped by the Saudi Embassy or Consulate-General, and the Grade Equivalence form must be attested by AISJ.
AISJ accepts applications year-round with no deadlines, and spaces may be limited. If a grade level is full, applicants are placed on a waitlist.
