Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Documentation submission: Complete the application and medical form. Submit the original and a copy of the student's birth certificate, a copy of the Family Card or Residency ID for non-Saudis, copies of parents' or guardians' IDs or passports with signatures, and a copy of the child's vaccination certificate. Include six 4×6 photographs and the student's previous school report cards. For transfers from within the Kingdom, provide the Ministry of Education's Equivalence Certificate. 2. Entrance exam and interview: The student takes the entrance examination and participates in interviews. The admissions department reviews the applications and required documents and aims to approve them within one week. Parents are informed about the results of the interviews and the assessment test. The accounting department handles the assessment fees. 3. Admission decision and enrollment: After review, a seat may be offered to start immediately or for the new academic year, or the student may be placed on the waiting list. Siblings are given preference provided all admission criteria are met. 4. Registration and final steps: If a seat is offered, complete registration and settle the required fees with the accounting department; submit any additional documents as required.
Waiting list: After successful completion of the admission process, the student may be offered a seat to start immediately or for the new academic year, or placed on the waiting list at the parent's request. Siblings are given preference provided all admission criteria are met.
