How the registration fee affects Term 1 payment

- The SAR 5,000 registration fee is treated as an annual seat reservation and is deducted from the Term 1 amount each year; therefore the first-term payment due will normally be the Term 1 split less SAR 5,000 (after the registration fee has been paid).

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Standard billing schedule: 40% of the annual fee payable before the commencement of Term 1; 30% payable on or before the commencement of Term 2; 30% payable on or before the commencement of Term 3.
- Installment plans are available only by separate agreement and must be agreed with the Principal in conjunction with the Finance Manager. No discounts will be applied to installment plans unless approved in writing by the Principal.
- All expatriates within the Kingdom are subject to 15% tax on fees. All bank charges for electronic transfers to the school bank account must be paid by the remitter.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not listed as a fee item; no boarding fees are published.

Other costs and additional fees

- After-school care, holiday activities, additional academic or educational support (including additional language support or support for children with additional needs) and some school trips are billed separately and are additional to tuition. Where trips support the curriculum, a nominal fee may be charged.
- Uniforms: uniform packages are available from the school-approved supplier; the uniform package cost is approximately SAR 3,000 depending on year group.
- iPad requirement: pupils from Grade 4 and up are required to have an iPad; the bundled cost (iPad, case with English and Arabic keyboard and stylus) is published as SAR 2,818.65.

Refund information

- The SAR 5,000 registration fee is described as refundable (it is the annual seat reservation fee). Application and Admissions fees (SAR 1,500 each) are non-refundable. No other specific refund terms for tuition or other charges are published in the fee information.
