The uniform is compulsory for BIS Al Olaya. Students wear two types of uniform: the regular daily school uniform and a PE kit worn only on PE days. The PE kit includes a white PE polo shirt (long or short sleeve), navy BIS Al Olaya shorts, white socks, and trainers. Clothing, equipment and bags should be clearly labelled with the student's full name and grade.
There is an on-site cafeteria on BIS Al Olaya's campus that serves meals. The cafeteria offers healthy meals for students.
The school is owned and managed by Britus Education. Britus Education operates Britus International Schools across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Tunisia, and Bahrain.
