Billing schedule and payment terms

- Standard payment dates for the 2025–2026 academic year (published schedule): Down payment due 15 June 2025; Term 1 due 1 August 2025; Term 2 due 15 November 2025; Term 3 due 1 March 2026. Re‑enrolment for the next academic year requires a 20% re‑enrolment fee (based on the upcoming year group's tuition) payable by 15 June.
- In‑term joiners: fees for children enrolling after the start of Term 1 or Term 2 are calculated pro‑rata by weeks remaining but not less than a minimum charge of 50% of the term's fees. Fees for children joining after the start of Term 3 are calculated pro‑rata based on the full academic year.
- Withdrawals: written notice one term in advance via the official Leaver's Form or by email to admissions@bhc-riyadh.com is required. If notice is not received, the next term's fees will be due.
- Consequences of outstanding fees can include withholding of academic reports and transfer certificates, suspension or withdrawal of the place, de‑registration from the Ministry of Education, and, as a last resort, legal action.

Boarding fees

- No boarding fees are listed for the Riyadh campus; the published fee policy and schedules do not include boarding charges. Tuition figures exclude provision of boarding.

Other charges and exclusions

- Tuition fees do not include books, school lunches, transportation, educational trips, or extracurricular activities provided by external providers. These items are billed separately where applicable.
- Sibling discount: a 5% discount is offered for the second and subsequent children (applied to the published fee amounts).

Refund information

- Annual payments made in advance are eligible for a refund for unused terms only if a full term's notice is given. Refunds do not apply for absences due to illness, travel, exclusion, or similar reasons.

Fee payment options

- Preferred method: online bank transfer (payments in SAR; include the child's full name on the transfer). Email proof of payment to finance@sicedu.com.
- Direct payments accepted on campus by credit/debit card: Visa, Mastercard, Mada, American Express.

Tax and currency

- All fees are charged in Saudi Riyals (SAR). A 15% VAT is applied to non‑Saudi applicants where applicable and is shown in the published inclusive figures.
