Arabic is the primary language of instruction in the National Section. English is taught as an additional language using the McGraw Hill curriculum, with English language acquisition support and mother tongue support. The International track uses the American curriculum (HMH) and is Cognia-accredited. The Egyptian track uses the Egyptian curriculum with English language development supported by McGraw Hill's High Intensive English curriculum.
Delta School provides bilingual education. The primary language of communication and instruction is Arabic. English is taught as an additional language with EAL support and mother tongue support.
