Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Submit the registration/admissions form to begin the process. The Registration & Admissions page describes an easy admissions process for KG through Grade 12, and admissions are open for the 2025/2026 academic year. 2. Submit the documents listed in the Admission Policy: copies of the parent's/guardian's passport and the student's passport; a copy of the parent's valid iqama; a copy of the student's birth certificate; a copy of the student's vaccination certificate; all academic reports, transcripts and transfer certificates from previous schools; approval for attending school from the Ministry of Education; financial clearance certificate from the previous school; a letter of introduction from the parent's/guardian's employer; and four passport-size photos. 3. Undergo the School Readiness Assessment. The school adheres to Saudi Ministry of Education age regulations and requires all documentation prior to acceptance. Programs are delivered in English (with Arabic and Islamic subjects); non-native English speakers are supported to develop language skills, and the readiness assessment evaluates the child's readiness to learn and social interaction. 4. The Admissions Office will contact you within two days after submission. The next steps for enrollment will be provided in that communication, and a 1,000 SAR registration fee applies.
