Admissions Process

GIS is a selective school. Students must take an entrance exam and participate in an interview, as the language of instruction is English. Admission to each grade is based on age following MOE guidelines. KG students must be toilet trained. The school accepts both expatriate and Saudi national students.

Gulf International School (GIS) is a co-educational private school in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, founded in 2005. Licensed by the Saudi Ministry of Education and affiliated with the University of Cambridge, GIS serves over 1,000 students from KG through Grade 12.
