How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Admissions for the Academic Year 2026-27 run from April 2026 to March 2027. Admission for UKG to Grade XI is subject to the availability of seats. Prospective parents can download the General Registration Form and submit it along with the supporting documents in the School Office between 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

2. Eligibility requires the child to be Indian with a valid passport and Iqama. The age criteria as of 31 March 2026 are: Nursery 3 years to 3 years 6 months; LKG 3 years 6 months to 4 years 6 months; UKG 4 years 6 months to 5 years 6 months; Grade I 5 years 6 months to 6 years 6 months.

3. Supporting documents include: Child's Iqama Copy; Child's Passport Copy; Parents' Iqama Copy; Parents' Passport Copy.

4. Bank transfer details for the Registration Fee are: SAB bank; Account Name International Indian Public School Riyadh; Account Number 003‑124658‑001; IBAN SA08 4500 0000 0031 2465 8001.

5. Registration Fee is SR 57.50 (including 15% VAT) and is non-refundable. The fee is payable by bank transfer as detailed above.

International Indian Public School Riyadh (IIPS Riyadh) is an English-medium CBSE-affiliated school established in 1995 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It serves students from Nursery through Grade XII and operates with separate boys' and girls' sections. The curriculum follows CBSE under NEP 2020, with Foundational (Nursery–KG-2), Primary (Grade I–III), Middle (Grade VI–VIII), and Secondary (Grade IX–XII) stages. The academic year runs April to March and is divided into two semesters. The campus provides a 10,368 square meter site with 70 classrooms and 13 laboratories, and offers a 12-month bus service. The school runs co-curricular activities such as Gavel Club, Scout and Guide, and Cyber Square. The languages of instruction are English, with Hindi taught as a subject.
