Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Online registration for 2026-27. Parents can submit an admission registration application via the IISD site. After successful submission, an automatically generated reference number is emailed to the parent for future reference. The printed application and the required documents must be brought to registration; submitting an online form does not guarantee admission. Admission is subject to seat availability and MOE approval.
2. Admission test and interview. Nursery, LKG and UKG admissions are based on age criteria and an informal interview. Class I admissions depend on age criteria and passing an admission test. Classes II–XII require an admission test and, for most classes, submission of the original Transfer Certificate from the previous school; CBSE direct admission for Classes IX–XII has additional CBSE requirements.
3. Documents and verification. At registration, bring the printed online application, original passport for verification, father/mother/child passport copies, original Iqama, two copies of Iqama, Absher/MOI print-out showing Iqama expiry, two recent passport photos, and the original Transfer Certificate (and marks sheets for XI–XII where applicable). Admission is subject to MOE/local government approvals.
4. Fees and development fund. A non-refundable development fund is charged at admission and varies by child order. Tuition is SR 12,000 per year per child, payable in lump sum or in installments up to 12 monthly payments; a monthly amount of SR 1,000 is listed for certain categories. CBSE registration/exam fees are payable as applicable (e.g., CBSE registration for IX and exam fees for X and XII).
5. Enrollment after admission. After confirming admission, the parent must remit the development fund and the April tuition before classes begin. If the student does not attend, only the development fund is refundable, with a SR 100 deduction for cancellation.
6. CBSE direct admissions (IX–XII). For direct admissions under CBSE, required documents include the CBSE registration number, class IX LOC, prior year marks, Transfer Certificate, parent job offer letter and address proof, rental agreement, valid Iqama, and related items.
7. Additional notes. The admissions process includes a registration fee and an admission test fee payable on registration, and all admissions require MOE approval and seat availability.
No published waitlist system is described. Admissions are based on seat availability and MOE approval.
